Micromax — i am waiting for my mobile since 42 day still not getting my phone

Sir I submit my phone a94 in customer care in 4-4-2015. Dew to my phone display and touch didn't work properly. My phone on guarantee period. They took me a job sheet no. E[protected]. And said after a month we give u . but they didn't returned my phone . I complain in customer care they give me complaint no [protected]. And said they give it to me in 10 days.
