Micromax — i have not got my a210 since january 3

hello sir/ maam, i have submitted my micromax canvas 4 a210 with micromax service center on january 3 2015 and i have not got the phone yet..as of dated[protected]. What should i do? Please resolve this issue as soon as possible...once they gave me a canvas 4 a210 with the same imei number as my phone's, but its body was excessively damaged and also its cover colour changed. they told me that its my phone and so i took it home..used it for a week then its touch stopped working. i submitted it back and now i m again without any phone..
