[Resolved] Micromax — IMPROPER RESPONSE FROM YOUR STAFF | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, My Name is Sandeep Nagpal, Your Micromax Authorised Service Centre Located at 302, Vikas Surya Shopping Complex, Manglam Place, Near M2K Market, Sector-3, Rohini, New Delhi-110085. I had gone to the respective centre, as My TAB was not getting charged properly (IMEI NO. 2500BD0E01CFFA0). The person attended said that it will require 10-15 Days to resolve the issue. After that when I went to receive My TAB your staff said that the screen of TAB has been broken by them mistakenly & they need some more time to fix this issue & now there is no positive response from your staff till now.
