Hi i want to inform u that customer care agents working in Micromax Customer care (R&J Enterprises platinum plaza), are highly irresponsible and misbehave with the customers. They don't understand the issue of the phone.Instead of solving it they troubled me a lot, I want u to take strict action against them else i will go to consumer court. Hope to get your response soon
