[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Complaint regarding defective mobile phone | |||
I purchased this micromax CANVAS FIRE 4 mobile from one of the stores on 7th of july 2015. Hardly did i use the handset for less than a month, the phone started making issues with many internal problems as related to wifi, signals and bluetooth. After handing over the phone to the service centre thereby I was so disappointed and in deep anger on getting the phone repaired after 3 long months. Such bad service and unbearable staff. And the worst part comes now that is after getting the phone repaired from the service centre again the phone is having issues and that too major ones just after a week. This is just such a black mark of expecting a good service from the decenet company. And this is what i face sheer ignorance and bad service. Its been months now, and people are not responding like at all against the issue. If this being the case i wonder how the company will even survive. I want people at micromax to atleast respond. Such bad personalised touch. Will never really look forward to buying anything from the provided company again. Was this information helpful? | |||
