Micromax Informatics — Harassment by the Micromax Service | |||
I am your customer and I always advise our friends and family members to buy micromax phone to support Indian firm, but as per the recent interaction with your service centre, I am deeply dissatisfied. In this context I want to tell you that I had deposited my Micromax phone to M/S Electronic Home New Bus Stand Palampur distt. Kangra HP as the mobile was some problem since May, 2016. I have shown my mobile to the said service centre and the Jobsheet date for the same is[protected]. It was told to me that the we cannot solve the problem and it has to be sent to Delhi for repair and it will be repaired in 15 days time period. But since than it has been more than 70 days and there has been no update. Every time when I call the centre they update me that the mobile has gone to Delhi and they don't know the time it will take. It has been a sheer harassment from their part and above all from Micromax service centre. I am facing a lot of problem without mobile. I'm just fed up of this situation and the brand of micromax and it's services. I request you to kindly help me. Was this information helpful? | |||
