Micromax Informatics — Lap tab - lt 666 | |||
I had purchased a Lap Tab of Micromax on 25/07/15. By mishandling its screen got damaged form a corner. I had submitted it into authorized service center (M/S F-Tech Services) on 16/05/16 till date company had not available its touch display. If i had invested 14.5k in the laptab and company failed to serve a customer for spares there is no sense of buying such products. Feedback from call center - You will receive your instrument in 20 working days. Till date i had not any call from company. Request to kindly innervate in this matter, so that i will receive my instrument in good condition. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
