[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Micromax mobile handset q350 does not function proper

Hi team,
It is very sad to state that we bought your micromax mobile q-350 from a shop in daurala, meerut on 06/07/16. It is not working fine since it is bought. It hangs often, many button options on touch pad does not work. It seems all money went in vain on it. Please resolve the matter asap.
