Micromax Informatics — Mobile eg111-customer harassment

Dear sir/madam

Kindly go thru the mail communication as given under please...

I am getting frustrated now, this seem purely customer harassment only.

After so many communication with service center and today i called on[protected] of you service center contact no as provided me on mail and discussed the thing with mr. Vikas around 11:15am, but he is also asking some job sheet no and saying can't do anything without job sheet no, even after i am providing the "reference to your ticket id - 333970" which i have received from you side only vai mail. He said go to the service center again and take the job sheet no and then call back...

After that i have called to service center no 41728191 and same thing happen again madam is asking the job sheet no-again i have provide my contact details, mobile handset detail date of submission, then she said still problem not resolved, i asked her to provide me the job sheet no, she denied to provide me the job sheet no and saying your job sheet no is not generated yet. First she disconnect the phone even i said don't disconnect the call before finishing. Again i had called she said will call by evening i insist for job sheet, she said will call back in 5 minutes and disconnect the call and still not received any call.

How all these things are going as per my understanding myself is treated a out our warranty even after my mobile is under warranty. Person seating at service center cheating the people like this.

I don't know what will happen with my handset, again i am requesting to kindly replace my handset or give my higher model i will pay the differential amount, i can't wait for so long time (Not even confirm expected time given to me)

Expecting the to understand the customer's situation and a better service please...

I don't know what is the calculation of 24 working hours from your end and when i will got the respond back, but still i have received no respond - neither vai mail nore vai phone or any other way.

Please… i had purchased micromax mobile “eg111” model and from the beginning i am facing the problem with this mobile, i visited to dealer and dealer advised me to go to the service center. Thrice i had visited to the service center, every time they give me the temporary solution and after some time same problems occur again. Now forth time i had visited to the service center – mobile is lying at service center and i am not getting any proper response from there.

Surprising even the mobile is under warranty, service center is saying to pay for the problem solution now, i had submitted the handset to service center on 11.05.2016 and i was advised you will be informed with in 1-2 days, but got no call from there, after waiting i had called on 13.05.2016 at around 12:50pm, madam is asking for specific no with bar code printed on slip provided to me, but there was no such thing on the paper given to me by service center, after that she said you are suppose to pay some amount, then she taken my mobile no, mobile model details etc, to find out the details, she said you will be updated next week. But next week also got no call, after waiting today 18.05.2016 at around 01:05pm i had called, same thing happened today also madam asking for specific no on slip, and today also she given me the next week time and it seems no positive response.

I am bound to write this mail, because of not getting the solution from service center, you are requested to kindly look in to the matter and either arrange the replacement of this handset or provide the higher mobile handset, i will pay the differential amount for the new higher mobile please…
