Micromax Informatics — My mobile device e311 having issues not getting resolved | |||
No action is yet taken. My efforts are fail. Biggest problem. Micromax made handset is not getting repaired by micromax people. Please see below my earlier work orders or job sheets but the problem is still present my handset is dead. Micromaxinfo.com/ for the same issue: Ser[protected] Ser[protected] Ser[protected] Some tickets numbers were getting created after sending email to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com: [protected] may, 2016) [protected] june, 2016) [protected] july, 2016) How much time do i need to tell you that this is not going to repair and just replace it? Check all histories of my tickets/wo/calls properly and check how third class service you are providing to customers. This work order w[protected] was actually for replacement but micromax people did some stupid work from their head office and sent back the same old device to me.
