[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — My p702 warranty was not accepted due to sim card slot damaged | |||||
Sir, My name is R. Thiruvarul Prakash from chennai. My p702 tab was not getting switch on. I submitted the set in Micromax authorised service center at kandansavady, chennai, OMR, pin- 600096. They said the warranty is broken due to sim card damaged. Actually i used the sim slot 2 and used for the past 2 months and the tab worked good. yesterday 25-aug-16, my set was not getting switch on. So there is no connection for the issue due to slot damaged. But they are linking this to uncover my warranty. Is they correct? I bought this set 2 months before only. I have my bill and warranty card. Please tell me does the warranty is really broken? Will i pay money to repair it.
