[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Non returning of mobile phone handed over for repair | |||
Mobile description:- model- nitro- 311a (blue), imei/esn no.:- [protected] / [protected] model code- sermob0609, warranty repair- yes sub- my above mobile phone was troubling me from the begining of purchase. I handed over to your authorised service centre m/s hripag technology, sevok road, siliguri, pin-734001, contact[protected]wb) on 16/12/2015 but i have not got it till now after getting it repaired. All the time they are making plea that your mobile phone has been sent to delhi (micromax com) for repair which has not been received by them till now. Pl do the needful immediately otherwise there is no other option to go for legal action by me. Due to bad performance in service, day to day, micromax is loosing goodwill and reputation and at last yr company will go in hell. Thanks, n.K.Sinha, siliguri. Was this information helpful? | |||
