I would like to inform you that i really disappointed with yu/micromax service. Myself vikas sharma & working in delhi area. I have purchased yuphoria mobile for my family member on july 16, 2015, please find the screenshot.

But in 2016 some issue coming in mobile mic and submitted mobile in service center (M/s service city) on feb06, 2016. After that i have take follow-up with customer care and service center but they are forwarding responsibility on each other. After long followup mobile handset return to me without repair & when i asked to service center guys they replied only company will responsible for same so don't chase with us. As of now two months has been completed but no-one is taking responsibility to repair or replace handset for minor issue.
Please find the below mentioned attachment.
1. Invoice of mobile bill.
2. 1st job sheet at the time of submit mobile.
3. 2nd job sheet when return handset to me.
Kindly clear the below points:
1. Is there total responsibility of customer to take followups with service center or company.
2. Who will responsible for this bad services.
3. Who will responsible for customer financially & mentally harassment.
