Dear sir, mam
I purchase new handset micromax (Yunique model number. Yu1147) from shiva telemart address 331 main road dr. Mukher ji nagar, delhi 110009 on dated[protected] and the complaint is its inbilt memory is 8 gb rom mention on the box and told by the dealer but i got only 4.61 gb total space. And i then went to dealer shop on next day he said that his inbilt memory is 4.61 and he said also please go coustmer care center of micromax after that same day i went to micromax coustmer center and they told first i check and update your mobile and reset the phone but still space is not increasing. And they don't gave me better response and they said this phone fault sir, mam if pay 5100 and company offer me 8 gb memory on the box and writen communication but i don't receive 8 gb and don't get positive response..
