Micromax Informatics — Regarding worst service and behaviour of service centre at belgaum city. | |||||
I purchased micromax mobile x551 for rs.1150 at praveen electronics belgaum. On19/052016. After purchasing my mobile i went home and i inserted my bsnl sim card but on the display it showed insert sim. I went to the praveen electronics shop. He told me that some problem is there with sim cabin. I will send it to micromax service station. He told me to come after two days. After two days i called praveen electronics belgaum to get my mobile back. The proprietor told me the company has told me to collect money from the customer to repair the cabin. I asked the prop, that is new one why you are charginge the amount? He told me the company people have told me to collect money from the customer. Then i went to the shop where i purchased the mobile. Then went to micromax service station at belgaum. They told me that you have damaged the sim cabin pay rs 450 we will repair it. You come after eight days. The behaviour of customer care service man was not good. For all the querries he had negative answer. I have not used the mobile even for one call. The service centre has rejected my request to repair it but the service centre didn't show any intrest in repairing my mobile. Now the mobile is of no use.
