Micromax Informatics — Replacement not even initiated | |||||
I have given my yu yuphoria on 1st march 2016 for replacement(Reference ticket id: 2433907) and the customer care executive said that phone will be delivered to you within 20 days and its two months and the complaint has not been resolved. The yu support team always extends the date by 10 days and give me a fake promise that it wil be delivered within 15 days. What type of customer support are you providing??
