[Resolved] Micromax Informatics — Unsatisfactory customer care service | |||||
I am a customer of micromax mobile services and i purchased my phone one year ago since then it had some device heating problem. Two months ago its display and battery charging start malfunctioning. It has been more than two months since i submitted it to the micromax service centre and now only 15days warranty is left but micromax customer service is not taking the problem into serious account. This process of visiting the service centre continously for past two months and contacting them is highly unaffordable and inconvenint for me. I stay out of station and i am not able to contact my folk and this is highly inconvenient for me. I want the phone to be replaced and a warranty extension.
