[Resolved]  Micromax Informatics — Want replacement otherwise my money back

Respected sir/mam,

I am here to register a complain regarding bad manufacturing and quality of product manufactured by micromax company and not giving service according to specified problem by company.

I have purchased micromax canvas 5 e481 premium handset launched by company on 19-11-15.

After 2-3 days of purchase there are some problem arises on the handset such as heating problem and charging time taken by the product changed from 4 hours to 7hours.

I have visited service center regarding the issue the representative of service center told me that this type pf problem occurs on new handset you have not to worry about that, this problem will be solved after sometime after using handset.

But the issue isn't resolved after bu many days.

After 2-3 month i have found that the dust and foreign material get enter into internal of the handset and camera lens.

How a company can use such poor quality material on any premium handset.

I have submitted by handset on service center at 18/05/16 on service center to rectify the problem.

the representative of service venter told me that this model is premium model so company not allow us to repair it in service center and it will be repairable only in headoffice of company And told that it will take 30-40 days.

After so many days i have recieved a call from service center that you can collect your handset which is repaired.

I have visited service center and after looking my handset i have seen that the company had done nothing on the handset and at all the dust was also not removed from the cera lens.

I have asked the service center representative that why they have done nothing on my handset, he told me that you have to submit your phone again to rectify this issue and they submit my handset again for 30-40 days, and also they make scrathes on the body of my new showroom condition handset.

sir please help me to get my handset replaced or otherwise my money back.

How any company can make any product which is not servicable on its authorised service center.

They have to mention on the box of the product that this item is only repairable on service center and forwarded to company if any problem occur.

I have registed many complains in customer support of the micromax website but they didn't resolve my issue and didn't respond to the mail.

Also the company has not any toll free contact anf have premium contact number which is 2rs/min chargeable and they have no higher executive conatct details provided on the website.

Respected sir/mam, As i have register many complains to micromax company in there website http://micare.micromaxinfo.com/ and email [email protected] and there generated ticket ids- 1)345378 2)339537 3)342451 4)345810 5)347834 Which shows how poor service they are maintaining and manufacture such product which are not repairable in there authorised service center and also in there head office where these poor quality product manufacture as they have cheated me first time when i have submit my handset for rectifying fauld to the service center which is further forwarded to company, and when the handset is forwarded back to service center and after looking it i found the product scrathed and no repair done on the handset. As after submiting complain 2nd time to consumer forum the executive call back to me with number at first time and second mentioned below at 9/06/16 in morning and asked that we have get a complain from consumer forum and we will make a contact today at afternoon that what decesion will granted by company. After that the executive made contact in after noon and told me that your handset cannot be repair and we will provide you replacement of the handset but one thing i want to tell you that we will be able to provide which colour we don't know as available in warehouse and also she told me that we will provide you the left warranty left of your previous handset and changed IMEI. Sir how they can do like this i have purchased grey colur by paying 500Rs extra, so why should i take any other colour also in my bill of the handset and box there is printed that handset is of grey colour and the respective IMEI number, if i want to sell my handset what explaination will i provide to other buyer. Sir i am very dissapointed as i am cheated and rob by the micromax company. As i have purchased very premium model and found the handset faulty in 5 months so what is the guarrante that if the handset provided by the company cover left warranty of the old phone can work properly as the warranty of battery is only 6 month, these service i have get as phone is found defective and i am very mentally frustated as service given by company.
