Micromax — Installation of Tv not done | |||
Hi I have bought micromax tv on friday and asked your helpline service to send a person for installation.On saturday i got a call a person will be there in one hour so whole day i kept waiting and calling that person but noone turned up this is how i wasted one complete one day and then i called your helpline again they confirmed they will send a person on Sunday.Since morning i am waiting and calling your helpline number they are providing some incorrect number.First time i bought something from MM with a worst experience. Is this a service you are providing your customer.Your executives are directing me here and there instead of providing a solution.My whole weekend i wasted just because of this only and now again i cannot wait for another week as i am not avaiable on weekdays.Please provide a solution otherwise i haave to return this product Hanuneet Was this information helpful? | |||
