Micromax — irresponsible behaviour of service centre in chatra(jharkhand) | |||
Sir, greetings of the day.I hv purchased a mb.A069 in oct. 2014 from bihar.IIn feb. 2015 i faced a problem that my .mb was not charging.so since i am in chatra(jharkhand).so i went to the service centre and deposited mt mb.i asked for the job sheet but i was told to collect it another day and my mb. Was given back to me after repairing but not the job sheet and also it was not sealed.after my complain they called me another day and cut a screw size cello tape and inserted it.after few days in march again the same problem happened .i again gave my mb. For repairing and again job sheet was not given and my mb. Was given back to me after repairing.ii asked them to connect it with pc as i had to se my files but it was not showing the files .they now said that it cannot be repaired as the nerves sort of thing is broken.they were supposed to inform me at the time of deposit abt the problem as i had given them in good condition.as i was using my phone with connecting to my laptop.now they are calling me on dates but not taking responsibility to repair it.i hv visited them 10 times since then.since the dead line is 6 months so i am afraid that the time will lapse and i won't get it repaired on time.after that.pls do the needful so soon.the imei number is [protected] & [protected] AND the date of purchase is 4/6/2014.my contact no- [protected]& [protected].my email- [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
