I gave my "white" hands free in local customer care for replacement because of mic fault on[protected] and i am asked to come after 7 to 10 days. Today i visited there and they said hands free is only available/supplied in black colour. But if i purchased phone in white colour and gave white hands free to replace how can u give me in black this is purely unprofessional. Kindly resolve problem in minimum time and get me informed about action taken.
