Dear Concern I Dipankar Banerjee a customer of your company i have purchased a Micromax A63 phone on march, 2014, suddenly display touch Screen not working, so i am going to Micromax service center at chandannagar (M/SJ K Enterprise W.B). & Deliver the phone, , 18/09/2014., but still i have not got my phone, verbali they told me within 10 days i will get it, but, 18days has gone still they can.t replayed properly when i will get it.
