Dear sir I bought micromax canvas nitro last month 10/10/2014 at chengalpaatu poorvika mobiles in tamil nadu i have no issues but suddenly yesterday touch screen completely stopped working... i went chengalpattu micro max care but they didinot took my mobile.. they told me to go kanchipuram branch or tambaram branch. i am totally disappointed because of the irresponsible response... please take action... i beleive indian product.. please assist me. waiting for your reply.
