[Resolved] Micromax — lack of service parts, wrong commitment | |||
I am abhishek patadiya have given my mobile at Micromax service station on 26/June/2014 for display problems. They promised to resolve within 15 days. I have called to their contact no no body is picking up phone, called 1000 times but no reoly. I have not got any call till 1st august. When I went to service station to check they said your phone since 15 July. When I cheked the phone the display was even wrist condition. They checked again and told company send faulty one.
