Dear Sir/Madam I am Ritu Thakur.I bought your LED TV (cost 7000/-)about three monts back through snapdeal. It has sound problems and sound cracks at even lower pitch. And now sound is totally gone . I registered complain for many times but of no use. Now ur customer care lines are busy all the time. My TV has become a big headache. I am a working girl and dont have so much time to break my head just to register my complain. Is this the way for ur customers to get a service ?.I found ur system pathetic.
