Micromax — Manufacturing Fault in tab p-362 | |||
I purchased a MICROMAX TABLET P-362 in last YEAR. One Month back it switched off, when i try to switch it on, it is not getting on. So i went to service center name "SIMRAN COMMUNICATION in FARIDABAD, on26 May''14. They received the handset and said you will get your tab p-362 with in a week. It has been one month now they have not yet repaired my mobile. I went there 3 times during this period, every time they say we request you to please wait for a week. I communicate with micromax via email and helpline number, but the same response i am getting from there also. Please help me resolving this issue with Micromax.
