Micromax — Micormax EG111 mobile service delay | |||
I Purchased the mobile EG111 Micromax on 15 Oct 2014, within 6 months mobile had problem and at last mobile is dead condition, given the mobile in Service center on 13th April 2015, while giving itself they said it will take 30 days, after days they are telling 30 working days, till now they are not confirming any thing, whenever we call the customer care they are telling it will take 30 days 20 days and 10 days, But they are not telling any other status of the mobile, They are not even transferring the call to any senior person or not providing any mail id other than the [protected]@micromaxinfo.com Job Sheet no is N[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
