I had purchased micromax Fire A104 on 07/12/2014. Had problem with the touch malfunctioning within 7 Month of purchase.i have submitted my phone on 21th July, 2015 at authrized Service Center ( The Mobile Care B-36 Guru Nank Pura Opp. V3S Mall Near Maharaja Benquett Hall Laxmi Nagar Delhi - 110092 ) Cont No- [protected] TIN No : -[protected] .They told me to it will take 1 Week for repair.But still we have not received any replay from them. Phone Yet after many Follow up Please help me either to get my phone back in a working condition or a new replacement as am well within the warranty.
