I HAVE MICROMAX A77, AND IT IS IN WARRANTY, & TOUCH IS NOT WORKING. SERVICE CENTER TOLD 1250 RS. CHARGES, 18 DAYS PASSED, STILL I NOT GOT MY MOBILE REPAIRED. THEY TOLD THAT WE HAVE NOT TOUCH PADE, SO IF WE GOT TOUCH PADE THEN YOUR MOBILE WILL BE REPAIRED, OTHERWISE IT WILL BE RETURNED. SO, WHAT I SHOULD DO..???? I HAVE EMERGENCY...?????
