Micromax — Micromax having rediclues beheviour and negligence in post sales to customers thorug service centers

I have bought a Mad A94, it was suddenly switched off and turned on, then i went to Micromax service center Ongole Andhra pradesh in the month Nov.2014 but it in not rectified yet, when I contacted service center ongole several time, they are responding in time barring manner, did not handed over my mobile set till today, the guarantee period of 4 months over in it life.
