[Resolved] Micromax — Micromax knight a350 - worst mobile ever in world | |||||
I have purchased Micromax Knight A350 on October 2014, then after I got Touch problem in the month of June 2015 which I submitted my mobile in Service Center took 1 and half months to get resolved, they promised me that they will extend Warranty Period to 3 months. Then on August I resubmitted my mobile for Button Issue which took 3 weeks to get it repaired. Now currently I have resubmitted on Dec 2nd and still now waiting to recieve my mobile phone. Again this time all the two problem + 1 new charging problem came. I have asked to replace with a new handset which they are not doing but saying Network Error or Website error. If Micromax is not eligible to resolve their customer complaint why they are selling their product in market? Shame on Micromax products. Whenever I visit Service Center there will be minimum 10+ customers sitting to get their issue resolved. Micromax being a big company is not making up with promises then they should be plucked out in the market... Very worst Customer Care, Service Center & Products. Was this information helpful? | |||||
