I am complaining because my mobile phone touch stop the working after purchasing 20 day so I visit to your service center “The Mobile Care” Laxmi Nagar Delhi-110092.He is submitted my phone and call me next 7 to 10 days So I am Visit ur service center after 7 days but he is told me your mobile parts is not available he is call me again after 7 days so I’m again Visit to service center he told me part is not available again call me after 7 days so I’m again Visit today but my part is not available. So I want to replace my phone or return my money within 4-5 days with my interest because I am also financing my mobile with HOME CREDIT. I can’t Visit again your service center. If part is not available your end why not changes my mobile. Micromax has good name and image, but facts are different I’m also complaining this case International Consumer Rights Protection Council. My Complain no is 524342. Request you to do the needful; your early action is highly appreciated. I am also attached my mobile Bill And Job sheet copy with this latter. I purchased Micromax unite A106 through snapdeal.When I tried to down load apps it would show error as no insufficient space inspite of having 8GB memory card.I showed it to service centre and they reinstalled software and the problem was solved.But now I am not able to get indian languages menu in language option.The service centre guys are also not able to set it right. Let me know where and whom to approach for this.

I too had purchased Micromax Unite 2 A106 on 6th July 2014 & since day one it has got same Touch Problem.
It is very irritating when I touch screen & it doesn't performs properly... Every time I have to touch 2-3 times for any application to work.
Guys please open & check b4 buying these products. & also don't trust brands like Samsung, etc...

Hi Sir, myself bought micromax unite2 mobile andnd hav been using it for the past 5monts. Since from the day1 i was having backbutton touch problem, thinking it may get okayed later wit the repeated usage, but it giving the same problem still. In addition to this mobmobile's complete touch is being fully stopped, which upon restart only get tarts working well. This is most irritating. Myself Sunil Kumar Hibare, facing similar issue with Micromax A106, Back button sometimes even entire touch gets disabled. Unable to tolerate touch failure during my critical times of call handling. Could you please do needful in my case also asap.
The mobile is still in warranty only.Please let me know how could i correct this issue or to whom should i consult for getting it corrected/replaced with new1.
Earlier also i put this to bring it to ur notice, but it was of worthless. It would be better to have corrected by you, so that the fame & name of the company should not be void if the victims go to consumer forum.

i bought a mmx unite 2 a106 on 30th april from snapdeal. for five days everything was fine. but then i observed the top half right edge of the screen has gone numb(not responding to touch); first image showing the portion of screen unresponsive. i was busy in traveling and by the time i could get to the net, the 7-day replacement period expired. but the most irritating issue began on the eighth day, the screen reacting to a phantom touch by the right edge of the screen, beside the power button; the red dots by the second image where it is reacting. this goes on for few seconds to few minutes during which only the volume and power buttons are responsive.
the second issue is really, really frustrating especially at the crucial moment. kindly help.

I hav purchased UNITE 2 (A106) On 18 Aug. 2014. Since unboxing its BACK KEY touch is less responsive. After touching 10 Times only 1 or 2 Times it response. What to do now help.

not change a mobile set
I have Purchased A micro max Canvas A93 Mobile Set At Dated[protected] There are two Default in the sets 1. Handfree spekar are not working 2.back panel is brokenbattery low problem

I submit my mmx377 deta card as it is within warranty. when my deta card returned I saw that the data card is not mine. When my phone (Micromax Unite 2 A 106) is remaining idle and a call comes in, there is no problem to receive the call. I can swipe the picture of the phone receiver to my right and start talking.
But, when I am in the middle of some work (say, doing WhatsApp) and a call comes, I can not receive the call. The touch screen stops responding. Then, only after the caller disconnects, I will have to ring back and talk.
How to resolve the issue?

Hi,I subimitted my MicroMax Canvas tab around a month back on 06/05/2016. Still its not got repaired . please share timeline for csloure or replace with a new . The Service support is very poor where it takes almost a month without any positive feedback.
