Micromax — Pathetic situation | |||
i have purchased mobile model no. A110Q, DATE OF PURCHASED :[protected] VIDE INVOICE NO. 5710, PATNA, BIHAR. IMEI NO. [protected]. THERE IS PROBLEM WITH MOBILE IS MOBILE BECOME SWITCHED OFF ANY TIME. WHEN WENT TO CUSTOMER CARE IN THE MONTH OF feb-2014 then they did some software activity then problem reduced at that time. now once again same problem came... now i have to change battery as there is battery problem, battery warranty is up to[protected]. then customer care saying that they will charge for same. this is pathetic situation that once six month completed of battery then it become. tell me what to do . email: [protected]@gmail.com m.no.
