Sir, I have purchased One Micromax Mobile Handset Model No A114(B) on 6th November 2014( IME/ESN No. [protected]/[protected]. On 24th December it become damaged, The On/Off switch does not work properly. The set given the Micromax authorized service centre, M/S World Wide Associates at Malappuram, Kerala State on 26th December. Till to day I don't get the Phone .
