MY MOBILE DETAILS: MY NAME: SHREYA PRABHU NAME OF MODEL- MICROMAX CANAVAS TURBO A250 PURCHASE DATE- 7 NOV 2013 IMEI NO.- [protected] PURCHASED FROM- LESHA AGENCIES, PUNE. COMPLAINT- WE HAD HEARD A LOT ABOUT CANAVAS TURBO & THEREFORE HAD PURCHASED THE SAME. AFTER FEW DAYS OF PURCHASE THE MOBILE BEGAN TO SHOW ITS COLOURS. I AM SORRY TO SAY THIS BUT I AM TRULY REGRETTING MY DECISION TO BUY YOUR COMPANY'S MOBILE. IN FACT I WOULD SAY THAT YOUR COMPANY MOBILES HAVE KEPT UP YOUR SLOGAN- " NOTHING LIKE ANYTHING" AND I JUST WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT MICROMAX MOBILES ARE "WORSER THAN EVERYTHING". MY CHEIF COMPLAINTS ARE- 1.NETWORK PROBLEM 2.HANGING OF PHONE RANDOMLY 3.CHARGING PROBLEM R.MOBILE GOT EVEN WORSE AFTER SENDING FOR COMPANY SERVICING Was this information helpful? | |||
