[Resolved] Micromax — Mobile not being serviced promptly | |||
I bought a micromax mobile Model a61 bolt sr. No.[protected] from m/s alibaba video centre Jalandhar on 18th jan 2014. It worked fine till first week of july 2014. It developed Some snag. I submitted it to one of your authorised service centre m/s sp shree communications on 11th july 2014 at the following address: Sp shree communications, c/o shop no 5, gs bajwa complex, Opposite friends bakery, nakodar road, jalandhar city. Request no r 1407 fpun 10825668 dtd 11.07.2014 Hereon is my bad experience with and harassment by the Service centre. Till today that is 17th july 2014, i have not Got my mobile set back . Service centre perhaps lacks sufficient skill to set it right, As also business etiquettes. I have been made to make rounds of the service centre with No regards for the commitment regarding task completion or communication. For the past 6 days, i was promised set rectification and Delivery 5 times whereas the set has not been sufficiently attended. I expect immediate response from your company regarding my complaint, in absence of which i may be forced to approach consumer court.
