Micromax — Mobile not handover after 45 days | |||
Hi I have purchased Micromax Canvas A350 in Oct'14 and after only 2 months of purchase my touch got disabled. I contacted service center in Pune on 19th Jan'15. Service center guy told me it will take 7 days to repair. I called them up on 27th January and they confirmed company doesn't have parts of this model and don't know how much time it will take. Suddenly I called customer care an they logged complain MMX[protected]. They said it will take 30 working days to resolve this. My question is why company is selling mobile when you don't have parts available to repair. do you think a buyer has to wait 40 working days (8 weeks) to get his mobile repaired. this is pathetic service. Apart from this when i asked status couple of days back, there is no clear tracking. It says in process but where my mobile is no one knows. I must say I won't recommend anyone to buy micromax after having such a disaster experience with service. I am going to consumer court for filing case against company.
