Micromax — mobile service related problem

Respected sir, This mail is refers to my mobile handset micromax A98 which i have purchased through flipkart on 17 June 2014. After receiving handset i was facing poor battery backup problem and i have contact to micromax service center Sanjay place Agra regarding for the same on dated 29 October 2014, they asked me that there is a problem is in motherboard and i will get my handset back after 45 days, When i have received my handset on dated 31 December 2014 approx two month letter the battery problem was same and a new problem was added which was network problem, when i contact to service center on dated 4 January 2014 they updated software and said your problem is resolved but when i used my handset the problem was not resolved i contact to service center again on dated 8 January 2015 they said that there is a problem in your motherboard again i will receive my handset back after 45 days. In this regards i have mailed to " [protected]@micromaxinfo.com, jitender.[protected]@micromaxinfo.com & [protected]@micromaxinfo.com on Wed, 14 Jan 2015 18:41:16 IST but there was no reply till date from any one kindly suggest me what should i do.
