Micromax — Mobile submitted last three month

dear sir i have micromax mobile model no. gc232 iemi no.[protected].is submitted in micromax service center in laxmi nager .under jobjheet no. is N[protected].DATED.3-12-14. MICROMAX EXCHANG my mobile to another mobile .iemi no.[protected] which is faulty mobile.i was give it sevral times in service center under jobjheet.no.N[protected] DATED 14-1-15, =JOBJHEET NO.N[protected] DATED 21-1-15, JOBJHEET NO.N[protected] DATED 24-01-15, after this date mobile is still in service center, after call several times answer is call will come .but who is responsible for this, .please help me
