Micromax — Mobile transported to Micromax head office without customer notification | |||
Mobile was submitted in M/S Sri Perumal Communications - Madurai which is one of the service centers of Micromax. The issue reported was mobile not charging. Either connector or battery issue. The mobile was submitted on 23/04/2015. A message was sent stating that the mobile has been serviced and can be collected on 25/04/2015. When checked the service center employees told that the issue is not yet fixed and the mobile has been sent to the head office for service. When enquired about the message it was clarified as some miscommunications between the employees. There was an irresponsible reply when asked and the person who went to collect the mobile has to wait more thaan an hour to get the response that the mobile has been transported to head office. There could have been a communication to the customer stating that the problem is not resolved yet or atleast could have responded immediately that the mobile is not available in the service center.
