Micromax Mobiles — Delay in delivering my phone

I had a display issue with my phone and had to surrender the phone to a service center close by my place (SANA SERVICE CENTER, MADURAI). It has been almost 15 days and I am yet to receive any response. I contacted the MICROMAX support center in a week's time, from the date when I gave the phone for service and I was told that it would take 30 days. I was unhappy with the response and tried again in another 7 days. The rep told me that it would take another 30 days. THIS IS WHAT I HEAR EVERY TIME! I would like to escalate this issue to the highest level possible so that it gets addressed. I am not the only one with such complaints.
