Micromax Mobiles — Delays in providing solution - Micromax Service Centre.

Hi, My name is Sonal Desai(Mumbai). I took Micromax Canvas Knight in the month of Feb 2015, initially it was good but after a month i started facing issues like the device used to get heat up n hang too several times. Finally in the month of June the mobile stopped working. I gave it to my mobile wala and he gave it to the nearest service center later on I got to know the Mother Board of the device has been damaged. I gave it for repairing on 10th June 2015 and i was told to expect my device within a month or max to max a month and 15 days. I waited for the response and finally called up the service center on 15th Jul 2015 but the service center executive were not interested even to answer my question properly some how they told the status of device is showing as pending and I need to call up Delhi my device was sent their for repairing. At that very moment i called the number provided, upon which they agreed to repair and return my device within 15 days which comes to 30th Jul 2015. Further they mentioned as soon as the device is repaired you will receive a call from the service centre itself. Finally the day arrived i.e. 30th Jul 2015. I placed a call to service centre, and got to hear the same old status as pending. Later on I called Delhi service centre upon which I got to know their system upgradation was going so they asked me to call back after couple of hours. I didn't call that day but I called up again on 31st Jul 2015 and same answer was given of system being getting updated, further the executive took my job sheet number and told it will take more 15 days, and somehow I was not convinced with the answer. I doubt does it really take a whole day for getting system being upgraded ?? I believe Micromax is being least bother to give services to their customers. I will never ever suggest anyone to buy Micromax device, after what I have face with you guys. After listening to problems faced by me, I believe you guys should atleast have some courtesy and little bit your responsibility too to arrange my device as soon as possible. Awaiting your response.
