Respect sir/madam I bought a phone micromax a121 on 1rd agust 2014, so the phone started giving problem after 4 month when I bought, now I am give this phone to service centre of micromax at star mobile on 27 November 2014, and said to come after 10 to 15 days so I am gone for days after they said but regret to give me phone back and said that phone will not repaired yet because of board pcb problem it will take more time to repair so come again after few days, I said ok and again after few days gone service centre to check its repaired or not but again they start giving me some stupid excuse that the part of your phone come from company two to three days more it take ti fix problem so please come on which day request you to come, this time hundred 100% we will give your phone with ready condition but before come just call us to check that phone is ready or not they give me personal number[protected] now I am try to contact and asking for they are always giving me excuses, so please its my humble request to take some action on them .
