Micromax Mobiles — Mobile Repairing is not being Done .

Hi Sir, I bought the Micromax Knight A350 Mobile on 27/11/2014. and due to screen Blank issue I submitted my mobile in east delhi Laxmi nagar repairing Center on 11/02/2015 . The told me it will take around 7 to 10 days to get repaired .I went after 10 days and I got to know from there it will take again 10 days because the parts not available But there is no surety . I send the mail in Gurgaon head office regarding the matter on 26 feb 2015, and i got the complain number (Your complaint number is MMX[protected]) in mail. But Turn around time is not mentioned . then i called to customer care they told me it will take 1 month . but they are not giving the surety .
