Micromax Mobiles — Not getting my phone even after 40 days at service center (new phone touch screen problem) | |||
Please give me my phone back - or return the money. This is a pathetic way of handling my new phone complaint. I purchased my micromax canvas 4 plus a 315 vide order no. Mh - bom[protected] dated 7th apr 2015 recd on 10 apr 2015. The brand new phone started showing problem in its touch screen and we went to the service center at fruit garden, faridabad and we had told that our phone's touch screen was not working and we had to leave the phone vide our job sheet no. N[protected] 21 jul 2015. We called the service center and they said the phone had been sent to the company for replacement of touch screen and we will get it back within 15 days (Vide the job sheet nn[protected]) is - and when we said that please give us a standby phone - they said they will not give it. When we again inquired after 15 days they said it will take 20 - 25 days and still there is no standby phone given. Today after 40 days still i haven't got my phone back. Now how a brand new phone can be taken for repair and not given back to customer even after 40 days and what the customer will do in these 40 days without a phone. I am posting here on this page as the customer care is not listening and not resolving my complaint and it is really pathetic to have such a bad experience with micromax though this is my second phone. Now here i am putting my problem on this page and if still within 3 days my complaint was not resolved i will be forced to file a official complaint with consumer court and than want my money back - and not a new handset. NO COMMITMENTS. NO SATISFCATORY RESPONSE. MOST PATHETIC PESSIFIED RESPONSE.
on 31 Aug 2015 when i recd a call from someone from call center he said it will take another 10 days and when i said i wanted to talk to someone who takes the responsibility he said i have tfr your case to higher official. And this is happening for the third time..
On 2nd when i called the cusomer care they said it will take another 15 days.
NOW WE DONT WANT OUR PHONE WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK AND
PLEASE REPLY BACK WHEN YOU ARE RETURNING THE MONEY AND ALSO THE WRITTEN ANSWER TO MY PREVIOUS QUESTION
1) WHY A STANDBY PHONE IS NOT GIVEN when you are keeping the phone for so long (your customer care says there is no policy). Explain this pathetic policy.
2) WHY YOUR SERVGICE CENTERE OR NOIDA CENTERE IS NOT ABLE TO REPLACE THE BRAND NEW PHONE IN MORE THAN 40 DAYS WHICH WAS PURCHASED ONLY THREE MONTHS BACK.
3) WHY NOT A NEW SET PROVIDED WHEN YOU KNOW THERE IS A DEEP PROBLEM IN THE HANDSET WHICH IS NOT RESOLVING EVEN MORE THAN 40 DAYS.
KIND ATTN : CEO MICROMAX : PLEASE REPLY ASAP SO THAT WHEN WE MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT WE HAVE ATLEAST THIS RECORD THAT THE MATTER IS ESCALATED TO YOU - WHICH YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ARE NOT ABLE TO YOU.
