Micromax Mobiles — Not yet received my mobile after giving for service even after a 40 days.

On 2015 July'25th Mobile given to Service center; 35 days passed still not returning my mobile. Model- micromax nitro A310 IMEI 1- [protected]. Under Warranty service... Address: S3 communications, jay nagar 3rd block bangalore . Micromax authorized Service Center Number: [protected]. job sheet id : S[protected], and i called to customer care on 28th august but they said still they need 15 days to return it back, and i asked them to raise the complaint again the complaint number provided by the executive is MMX[protected]. my mobile has a warranty till oct 28th 2015, i bought it from Poorvika mobiles BTM lay out. the service centre person said that the mother board has to be changed, but i have heard that they change mother board and they return back in unrepairable condition, so its better to refund i think. am calling them every day but they are telling after 2 days, after 2 days, my currency is draining like anything, once if i call to customer care 30 to 40 rupees will go. am thinking why i gave my mobile for relpair. if i call to service centre and if i tell them i go to consumer forum they say easily if you want you can go, plz give solution for this type of service, i took this mobile only i wanted to but indian product so, but now everyone is making fun of my situation. please kindly help me to get my mobile back or refund as soon as possible Name: Shambhavi HM contact : [protected]
