Micromax — My Handset for repair | |||
I have purchased Micromax handset on 26th January, 2014. I had given my handset for repair to M/s. Dev Enterprise, Ahmedabad Service Centre on 25/06/2014. After continuous persuasion with the Centre, I could not get the handset repaired. Then I approached Customer care of Micromax and they booked a complaint which is numbered as MMX[protected] . They assured me of the best efforts, which till date have not been delivered. My handset may now be replaced with the new handset and compensation towards the inconvenience and mental agony caused may be paid to me at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
