Micromax — Network issue in my handset Micromax A116

I am facing network issue in my handset MicromaxA116. I have raised this issue to Tambaram sanatorium service center but no luck. Its almost 8 months every time they say that they have updated software but the issue has not been resolve... I have already sent an email to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com. Initial email has been sent on 29 Nov'15. I have sent 4 reminders to them till now no one has come back with the proper solution or justification. Regards, Team Micromax Got the above response on Dec 02. after that no update. Now my Warranty got expired, dono how to fix the issue now. No use of sending an email to Micromax cooperate team too.
