Micromax — No Customer Support from Kolhapur, rajarampuri division | |||
I am a Micromax mobile phone user and I have the CDMA mobile AE90. I had problems regarding running of applications and heating of the phone. So I took it to the Micromax customer care centre in Rajarampuri, Kolhapur. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. I have given my phone for repair at this centre on the 5th of Nov. 2014. At that time I was being told that only the software needed to be updated. But on further inspection, I was told that the internal PCB needed to be changed. Today is the 23rd of Nov. and there is still no response. Whenever I call them or go to the centre for my phone, the only response I get is 'your handset will be ready by tomorrow'. So today I finally decided to put up an online complaint. There is nobody responsible at this centre and no one is giving me any concrete answers. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. Was this information helpful? | |||
