I Nitin Agarwal having a Micromex A-190 Handset of your Company which is purchased by me on Sep 2014. But in May 2015 it occurs some problem. then I go to your Check Point in Etawah. Then the Check Point send my set to Company for Repairing. But after passing a Month the company is not back set till today to me. Not Only this the check point gives the wrong details to the company about my phone. when i ask the check point for wrong details he say don't worry and no other set is provide to me for which i have feel inconvenenet so much.
