Micromax — no repairing in time

sir, I Nitin Agarwal having a Micromex A-190 Handset of your Company which is purchased by me on Sep 2014. But in May 2015 it occurs some problem. then I go to your Check Point in Etawah. Then the Check Point send my set to Company for Repairing. But after passing a Month the company is not back set till today to me.
